	April 14, 2008 Rusoro Announces Management Change
	Vancouver, Canada -- Rusoro Mining Ltd. informs that Omar Salas has advised the board he will be leaving his position as CFO with Rusoro on May 15th, 2008 to pursue other career opportunities. An interim CFO will be will be appointed shortly. Mr. Salas will continue to provide ongoing support to the financial team and will remain as a consultant with the Company during the transition period. On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Mr. Salas for leading Rusoro's financial team during the recent acquisition process and wish him well in his future endeavors.
