In-Fill Diamond Drilling Confirms Continuity of High Grade Gold Zones
Vancouver, Canada -- The Company is very pleased to report that results for 32 holes of a 40 hole, 10,000 m diamond drill program at the San Rafael/El Placer Project (SREP) in southeastern Venezuela have been received. This drilling was part of an in-fill program designed by the Company's engineering consultants, Micon International, to further test the continuity of the main gold mineralized blocks.

Positive Metallurgical Results Received for SREP and Increible 6 Projects

Micon International Limited has been contracted by the Company to complete scoping studies on the Increible 6 and SREP Projects. As part of the detailed work on each project, Process Research Associates of Richmond B.C. Canada is completing a series of metallurgical tests designed and supervised by Micon.

Vancouver, Canada -- Rusoro Mining Ltd. ("Rusoro") and Mena Resources Inc. ("Mena") are pleased to announce that Rusoro will acquire (the "Acquisition") all of the issued and outstanding securities of Mena. The shares of both companies are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
